Mission Statement
"The Chamber aims to further its members' business interests by providing focus for the promotion of Pembroke Dock as a retail and business area. By acting as a representative for the business community in local issues, and providing a forum to discuss mattes of general interest."
The Chamber's intent is to achieve this by :
Raising the profile of Pembroke Dock as an active business and retail shopping area. This has been achieve by promoting events such as: The Summer Festival the Christmas lights and decorations; editorials in the local press; effectively using the Pembroke Dock Website; themed local and national promotions and by encouraging innovative ideas. Liaising on local planning, traffic, parking and crime prevention matters by direct negotiations with the Police and the Local Authority, from our position as being representative of the business community Keeping its members informed by holding regular meetings and circulating minutes of the meeting by mail and e-mail. Working to maintain and increase membership. The Chamber is an active body with our meetings often attended by our local Councillors
